I should loose weight if I only eat supper, right?
No! To the contrary, it has been shown that people who skip breakfast actually burn 5 percent fewer calories than those who eat a health morning meal. Studies also show that continuous "grazing", and eating just one (or even two) large meals tend to lower your resting metabolic rate. The best approach is to plan for three moderate meals, plus one or two snacks that are eaten about three to four hours apart.
